10 km is a new distance for me. I don’t know if they were able to overcome it, but I really want to believe. Faith, and also support, sometimes do amazing things. When I ran 5 km at the Ufa marathon last year, there were people all over the route. They cheered the runners, poured water, smiled. A sense of unity, mutual assistance, support is what we all sorely lack today. Our wards are like runners. They have their own way, their own distance. We cannot turn this road around, make it different, but we can stand next to them and then it turns out that you can breathe deeply, run and still live, even if the disease is incurable, even if it seems that the dawn will never come. All funds raised by me will be directed to medical equipment, consumables and specialized food for children and adults with incurable diseases from the Republic of Bashkortostan. View more >>
