Hello! My name is Vladimir Bolotin and for the last six months I have been treated for cancer. And now I want to return to active training, to return physical activity and jogging. And the result of this should be the first race. The first race - that was once the name of the start of the "Running Community", which opens the running season, is called "April". This is where I want to "return" to running. I have only three weeks to get at least some form, work out with a trainer, return to regular exercise, and prepare for the start. This is a big challenge for me, because after all the chemotherapy and radiation therapy, I lost weight, muscle mass and the desire to run.
