Participation in amateur competitions is certainly a good thing, but giving the opportunity to perform at such competitions to the wards of the More Than You Can Foundation is a more important task for me. That is why I decided to support the foundation's initiative and perform in tandem at the closing of the Ironstar triathlon season in Sochi. Together with Anya Gordeeva, a ward of the foundation, I will go to the start twice in Sochi: on October 7, we will swim 2 miles with Anya and on October 9, we will cover the Sprint distance. And Anya has cerebral palsy, so Anya will cover the entire distance in a boat (swimming) and a wheelchair, and she will definitely walk the last finishing meters. The participation of athletes in triathlon is quite expensive for the fund, as these are the costs of flights, accommodation, meals, and transportation of equipment. The total amount of expenses for organizing the participation of children amounted to 400,000 rubles. My goal is to raise 100,000 rubles for the fund to help offset some of the expenses. Together we can do more!

First participation in a tandem triathlon Event: IRONSTAR SPRINT TRIATHLON SOCHI 2022

Vera Teleleiko and Maxim Nikiforov. These 2 parathletes, disabled people of the 1st group with damage to the musculoskeletal system, back in October 2017 for the first time started at a mass track and field race together with volunteers of the then just running community More than you can. Since then, for the past 5 years, they have been constantly participating in the races of the now more than you can charity foundation in tandem with the foundation's volunteers. Each para-athlete has more than 10 starts, despite the pandemic seasons when no races were held at all. And in October 2022, on the 5th anniversary of their first start, they are going to take part in their first Sochi triathlon. Over the past 5 years, they have covered distances of 10 km, 21.1 km, Maxim also has a marathon distance, and this year they overcame 100 km in tandem with cyclists on the Gran Fondo in Volokolamsk. And now, when they have reached the very top of the running hierarchy, there is very little left - to get to Sochi and start in the triathlon. The parents of the guys are pensioners, and it is difficult for them to pay the costs of participating in the race on their own. Therefore, I appeal to you with a request to help fulfill the dream of Vera and Maxim to take part in a top sporting event on an equal footing with healthy athletes and once again show that together it is always possible to do More Than You Can!
