I am taking part in the XXXVII Ufa ski marathon, and on March 8 I am skiing in support of the children under the care of the Breaking Barriers Center - children with a rare genetic disease, ichthyosis. Such children are called "fish". In this disease, the barrier function of the skin is disturbed. The child's skin is very dry and flaky. Any movement causes pain. Such skin needs daily cleansing, moisturizing with the help of special products. My goal is to improve the quality of life of the wards of the Breaking Barriers Center. Ольга Вахитова, менеджер благотворительного фонда "Мархамат". Если искренне хочешь помочь повод найдется всегда. Для меня в этот раз этим поводом является Уфимский лыжный марафон. Я очень хочу помочь Мансуру продолжить занятия в центре детского развития потому, что это место где дети чувствуют себя нужными, любимыми и самыми лучшими! Мансур Гурин, 8,5 лет, ЗПРР После рождения на плановом УЗИ головного мозга было выявлено большое количество жидкости в голове (гидроцефальный синдром). Несмотря на лечение и положительную динамику, Мансур отставал в развитии по сравнению со сверстниками. Рос активным ребёнком, но по ночам плохо спал, самостоятельно есть отказывался. Родители заметили, что в играх он выставлял машинки строго в ряд – по вертикали или по горизонтали, не разговаривал, даже не пытался произносить отдельные фразы, все показывал жестами, не слушал книги, не отзывался на свое имя. Мансур также не интересовался общением со сверстниками, дёргался из стороны в сторону, играл один. После переезда из Пензы в Уфу был поставлен диагноз: поражение ЦНС, задержка психо-моторного и психо-речевого развития, признаки РАС. Началось медикаментозное лечение, стал посещать центр детского развития фонда «Мархамат». После этого Мансур стал более собранным, появилась дисциплина в обучении, стала развиваться речь. Он начал выражать свои потребности не жестами и одним отдельным словом, а учится выстраивать в предложения, стал лучше понимать и выполнять поставленные ему задачи, с большим удовольствием ходит на занятия в центр «Мархамат». Для того, чтобы Мансур смог 3 месяца посещать бесплатно занятия с педагогами Центра, мы открыли сбор на платформе «Сделай».

Family life is divided into "before and after", any new skill is given with difficulty and often with tears in the eyes. Now, almost every day of the boy is filled with classes with defectologists, psychologists, speech therapists, he regularly visits the Markhamat Center. There are still many classes ahead, but there is progress in development, the main thing is not to stop and continue to study with the teachers of the Markhamat Child Development Center!
